Every year, the International Student Affairs Council holds an International Week on campus. It’s a week meant to honor the international community at RU while teaching members of the RU community about what it means to be an international student.
Students and faculty alike, have a chance to learn about various cultures around the world. Every day of international week features a different theme either by country or by continent. Each day different food, music, performances and activities are featured in the style of that day’s culture.
This year’s International Week was diverse and successful according to the organization’s website.
The last event of the week was the 15th annual International Banquet. Over 300 students, faculty and members of the RU community filled Muse Banquet Hall for live performances and an international buffet featuring different foods prepared by students in ISAC.
