Food is one of the best things in the world. At different points of the day, we look forward to it, we’re able to enjoy it with others, and create anything we want. While being stuck in the house, I’ve done almost everything I can possibly do to expand my creativity, except cook. I decided to make a taco ring; a delicious and warm meal that’s easy to make and shareable with whomever you want.
Here’s what you’ll need:
2 cans of crescent rolls
1 pound of ground beef
1/2 cup of water
First, start by preheating your oven at 375 degrees. Then get your frying pan and throw in the ground beef at a temperature of medium-high. Cut the meat and stir in the pan, until it’s all brown. Once that’s done, drain out the grease. Then get a ½ cup of water and mix it with the taco seasoning and pour onto the meat.
Once the seasoning is mixed into the meat, get the baking sheet for the rolls. With the rolls, form a circle the larger ends facing the center until you form a circle.
Then place the meat on the wider ends of the rolls and fold the other ends over the meat. Place in the oven for 20 -25 minutes. Once it’s done you can get creative with the toppings. For mine, I used tomato, lettuce, cheese, salsa, and sour cream. Get creative and pile on as much or as little as you want; or use other toppings you like.
Then Bon Appetit; sit back, and enjoy your new comfort food.
