Salsa Dip

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. of Sour Cream
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 Jar of Salsa
  • 1 Bag of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix sour cream, cream cheese, salsa, and half a bag of shredded cheddar cheese into a bowl.
  3. Place into an oven safe dish.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, then add the remainder of the cheese on top.
  5. Bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted.
